1 - In a Triply Pan, add sugar, saffron, and water. Let it cook on a medium flame for some time.
2 - Make the batter for the Ladoo from the gram flour and a pinch of Saffron. The consistency must be not too thick or watery.
3 - Once the sugar syrup is done, place them in hot water. It is because you need to add boondhi when the syrup is hot.
1 - Now, put all the boondhi you have mixed with the sugar syrup into the blender. Add a teaspoon of hot water and blend them in a blender in pulse mode for three times. This process makes them small and easy to shape.
2 - Ensure that the boondhi stays moist. If they take a crispy texture, add some more water to set off the crispiness.
3 - Once you get the desired texture, add the powdered cardamom and melon seeds. Keep mixing them to spread out the flavor.
4 - As the final touch, add the dry fruit as a sweet garnish to the mixture.
5 - Spread some oil or ghee on your hands. Then start making balls with this mixture into round delicious Motichur Ladoos.
